Our very unique Ulam Station will be a sure hit for vegetarians and salad lovers, along with a tongue-stinging selection of 13 different sambals to choose from ranging from your standard Belachan (shrimp paste), Chencalok (fermented shrimp), Kicap (soy sauce) to rarer Kampong classics like the Tempoyak (fermented durian) and Mangga (Mango).
