Today, it boosts a central kitchen with a 57,000 sq ft area at 21 Second Chin Bee Road with more than 80 dedicated staff serving clienteles in healthcare, education, financial institutions, government agencies and statutory boards.
The central kitchen is HACCP and bizSAFE3 certified, has strict food hygiene practices and abide closely to Guidelines for serving buffet and catered meals from the National Environment Agency (NEA).
Continental Delight Catering Services Pte. Ltd. is also the preferred caterer for many national and private events, cocktail parties, tea receptions, birthday, anniversary and wedding celebrations.
