Head Baker Nursyazanna Syaira started out baking cupcakes in her mom’s kitchen and taking small orders from family and friends as a hobby. One day in 2012, she realized that she wasn’t happy and made the decision to quit her day job as a Public Relations Executive to pursue her dreams. Her dream was to open a quaint little bakery, make the most amazing desserts and to make people happy and fat. A year later her dream was realized with the opening of Fluff Bakery at Jalan Pisang.
A visit to Fluff is never boring! We change our menu weekly and offer a selection of cupcakes, layered cakes, rustic cakes, tarts and other drool inducing desserts. Our cupcakes are well known for being one of the most delicious in town! Each cupcake is lovingly cored and filled before we frost them and this gives our cupcakes an added flavour dimension. In fact, we’ve done over a hundred cupcake flavours to date!
